As Barack Obama left office with the anticipation of handing over power to a democrat who will continue with his legacy especially, on some domestic policies like healthcare, cleaner energy and reducing the risk of American military engagement in some global hotspots. And also to maintain steady engagement with United States allies in as much as fixing new alignment to some soiled relationship with some of its adversaries.
