AFRICA’S ENERGY FUTURE
When you take a look at the pedigree of some African oil producing nations in one time or the other; has been rocked with crisis either civil or tribal war which the power struggle were all centred on the resources control. Sometimes one may ask whether the oil resources were a devil’s gift. These countries include Sudan, Nigeria, Algeria, Angola etc. It is regrettable that, upon all the vast resource that Nature has bestowed on the continent there hasn’t been any meaningful development to attest to this rather, the leaders have been looting all the wealth from these resources. Unfortunately the youths become the burden bearer to this. African youths have been denied qualitative education due to these corrupt leaders.
